“The E Certificate Course in Aditya Academy was an amazing time for me as an Instructor. The participants were very active, eager to learn and responsive. This initiative has provided the coaches with good knowledge of grassroots philosophy, a good understanding of the characteristics of various age groups and how to develop and strengthen them accordingly. It also provides the coaches with the necessary means to give them quality in their coaching field,” said Gyan Moyon.
Regarding how this course would help the state of West Bengal, he stated, “This endeavour to promote grassroots is sure to raise the standards of football in West Bengal in a big way.”
